Local 127 take the spot of Pigall's

Local 127, the new restaurant at 127 W Fourth St., downtown, the former address of Jean-Robert at Pigall's, will open Sept. 15. In charge will be Steven Geddes, who comes here from Las Vegas. He has had a varied career in the restaurant and wine business. I hope to visit this location soon. Stay tuned for a review.
