Wine dinner at the Summit
The Summit, the restaurant at the Midwest Culinary Institute, is hosting a six-course wine dinner on Dec. 9 prepared by Chef Jean-Robert de Cavel and the Summit culinary team.
Wine pairings and introductions will be from Laura Landoll of Grand Cru Wines. Among the courses: poached lobster with avocado, pineapple and celery root salad paired with a Statti Greco 2007; sturgeon with tuna mousse, fennel and sherry served with Cantele Salice Salentino Riserva 2004. 6:30 p.m. $90, including valet parking but not tax and gratuity.
