Washington Platform Saloon and Restaurant's 24th annual Oyster Festival
Will be March 26-April 24. It features a menu with more than 40 oyster dishes, several kinds of oysters on the half-shell and various oyster-activities. They don't do the oyster-eating contest anymore, but still have the "pearl count" and "pearls of ...wisdom" contests, giving them achance to win gift certificates, T-shirts and a Reds Weekend getawaypackage.
